The seeds are often found inside the Crates that are found underground.
Wheat Seeds have a 5% chance of being found in Crates, which can then be farmed.
Flour is made from Wheat when put in a Cooking Ware.
These are also used to craft a Scarecrow. Wheat flour is used in many food crafts namely Bread, Meatball, Pie, Biscuit, Pizza Margherita, Empty Cone and Pretzel Wheat in it's raw form is used in the Beer Mug craft.
