Winter Biome

The Winter Biome is a new above ground biome added in patch 1.0.4, and consists of Spruce Trees, Snow Blocks, Snow Covered Blocks, Ice blocks and Cold Dirt.
The biome was added intentionally to provide a christmas feel to the game.

- Upon cutting down pine trees, the trees drop wood and Spruce Saplings
- Snowballs can be crafted into snow cover, by crafting 3 side by side.
- Snowmen are crafted from snow using a snowman head (found in presents), spider legs and snow.
- Hidden in the underground are Christmas Tree statue pieces and Christmas Presents.
